The stage comes to life after a flat approach of about 65 km. Riders will tackle the Gracen climb before reaching Tirana and entering the final circuit just after the first passage on the finish line. They will ride almost the entire 22 km circuit once before crossing the finish line and then complete a full lap. The Surrel climb, featuring gradients up to 13%, will be tackled twice.
Final kilometres
Descent from Surrel on fairly wide urban roads. The last 3 km are slightly downhill until the final kilometre. The final 500 metres are flat and straight, on 8-metre-wide asphalt.
